I asked young adult patient his views on care given. I was advised that he enjoys coming to BH and has a good time making cakes. Having a nice bath and watching good films.

I am unsure of this questionnaire is for patients or visitors/carers.
As a visitor, I found the staff very caring and welcoming on the one visit I made. Sadly this was the time of his passing and I was with his family. The staff were so compassionate and caring.
